Michael T. Condon's life story is one of dedication, resilience, and a deep-rooted commitment to service. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, as the son of a US Naval Commander, Michael's formative years instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and purpose. Growing up in a large family with eight sisters and one brother, he developed a powerful work ethic from a young age through various entrepreneurial endeavors.

His pursuit of knowledge led him to vocational education, where he gained diverse skills in woodworking, industrial metal arts, auto electric, and architectural drafting. He further honed his expertise working for the Army Corps of Engineers before making Florida his home in 1992.

Today, Michael is a proud father of four daughters, three of whom are graduates of prestigious Florida universities, and a doting grandfather of three. Beyond his professional success, Michael remains grounded, finding joy in handyman work for friends and family, cheering on his favorite football teams, cooking, and sharing stories. His life is a testament to hard work, continuous learning, and a dedication to serving others—qualities that continue to inspire his leadership at Sun Screens of Florida.
